1鲤鱼一条.去内脏清理干净

5鱼头.鱼尾.鱼骨全部放进煮锅里加入盐.白糖.料酒.白醋

6提前准备好的麻油.(用干辣椒和红麻椒炸的)泡久一点麻油颜色会红一些,味道会更浓厚一些

7取一勺麻油,放入干辣椒和豆瓣酱小火炒出香味

10煮锅大火开两分钟转小火.再开五分钟让辣味充分融入鱼汤里.加入鱼片.开锅就好了.煮久了就不嫩了
