鸡蛋: 3个, 低筋面粉: 55克, 牛奶: 35克, 细砂糖: 32克, 细砂糖(蛋黄加): 12克, 玉米油: 一勺(约7g)

1蛋清分离(蛋清盆一定要无油无水),我懒,所以32g糖直接加进了蛋清里面

5筛入面粉(平时我都不筛的,今天勤快了一把)打蛋器之字搅打,搅打细腻了就行了
