2小火融化黄油,一定要小火!不然会焦的!

6搅拌均匀

7倒入花生

8搅拌均匀,想吃硬一点的就多搅拌一会,想要软的就搅拌均匀后出锅!

9找一个平的容器,垫上油纸,放入牛轧糖,铺平。放在一处晾凉。(一定不要放冰箱,不然牛轧糖会变脆,切起来到处炸!)

10最后!切块,包糯米纸、糖纸,装罐!(今天犯懒了都没包,就是装了罐~)

小技巧
奶粉最好用全脂的,这样糖做出来奶香味重! 花生我用的是淡花生,也可以用咸花生,吃起来像椒盐味。 全程都要用小火!
