2提前把米线泡水半小时

5烧开一锅开水把米线泡软,如果是面条就下锅拔下水

6捞出沥干水,拌上食用油(橄榄油),生抽

7鸡蛋炒一下盛出备用,虾也同样(这两个没拍照),放入培根先炒一下 别问我为啥用这么小的汤锅炒 省油,省气,好清洗,不溅油

8加入包心菜再翻炒一下,不用炒太熟,淋点料酒

9放入拌好的米线炒,有点干了就行,用筷子炒很方便(小秘方)

10加入之前炒好的鸡蛋和虾,再放一点点生抽,翻匀就收汁就可以出锅啦
