1龙虾拿淡盐水泡上,用牙刷一只只的清洗干净,对着水笼头一边淋一边刷(事先让卖家将壳剥了),留两虾头壳洗干净备用

2准备姜蒜片,紫苏,红干椒

3坐锅烧茶油下龙虾爆,变红色后喷少许白酒继续爆,下红干椒,姜蒜片再爆

4等姜蒜味都出来后下骨头汤(我熬的带盐味的筒子骨汤),大火烧开转中火煨制

5汁收干前调盐味,撒紫苏,蚝油,鸡精拌匀,勾少许芡,让汁全部裹到虾上就可以出锅鸟~~~

6撒葱段,找到虾头壳给它戴头上,拍照;开吃
