步骤
1把五花肉切块,大概3cm那么厚,葱姜切丝

2鹌鹑蛋煮熟,放入冷水,最好用密封容器装,来回晃晃,这样蛋壳容易剥掉

3红烧肉冷水入锅,煮3分钟,捞出备用
