原料
虾: 20只, 盐: 适量, 酵母: 5克, 高筋面粉: 200克, 黄油: 30克, 洋葱: 半个, 芝士: 200g, 温水: 150克, 低筋面粉: 90克, 青椒: 1个, 香肠: 0.5根, 油: 适量
步骤
1高低筋粉,黄油,酵母混匀

2加温水,把面揉至光滑,封上保鲜膜发酵

3面发酵期间,准备材料,剥虾,芝士切丁,青椒洋葱切切成小块,备用。

4 然后把醒好的面团擀成饼,用牙签或叉子扎出小孔。盘中抹油,把饼放入盘中,在饼面上擦薄薄的一层油。

5放一层芝士,要均匀。
