步骤
1松子剥壳备用(我用的是炒熟的即食松子)

3鸽子脱骨去皮剁成肉碎

4热锅加入少许油,葱姜蒜爆香
5倒入鸽肉碎炒至变色,倒入松子翻炒均匀,倒入毛毛菜
6加入少许料酒去腥,炒匀后加入酱油耗油,翻炒至鸽肉熟透,盛出备用

7热锅加油,油热后加入米饭翻炒至米饭松软,加入蛋液,翻炒均匀,加入盐翻炒,盛出
