- 黄花鱼的鳞片一定要去干净,特别是黄鱼身上的黄色部分哦 2. 肚子里的内脏还有黑膜一定要去除干净 3. 鱼身两边滑刀的时候不要滑错方向,不然鱼肉很容易烂 4. 鱼身裹的面粉!面粉!面粉! 5. 油要烧到将沾过面粉的筷子放入锅中,筷子边冒泡,锅内没有油的啪啪声
