无盐牛油: 50g, 糖粉: 26g, 低粉: 100g, 蛋黄: 一个
步骤
1打牛油放置室温软化至手指能按压下去,面粉过筛,把牛油用打蛋器搅拌成乳霜状
2加入糖粉,搅拌2~3分钟

8搅拌好后,压扁加点面粉,用保鲜膜包着,雪藏30分钟,把面饼冰得微硬的时候,拿出来,用擀面杖擀成0.4cm厚,再拿自己喜欢的模具压出自己喜欢的形状!全部印好之后,把饼干放在垫有油纸的烤盘上,烤箱预热160℃,烤12~15分钟!
