1将牛柳洗净,切成条

2放料酒,加点盐,酱油,再放入黑椒酱拌匀腌制半小时

3将洋葱和西兰花切好装盘

4锅里烧开水,放点盐和油,将意面放到锅里煮7、8分钟

5煮好后用冷水冲凉,有橄榄油的话可放入几滴,没有也可不放,反正我是没放

6将西兰花放到锅里翻炒,之后装起来,可以不抄那么熟,因为待会洋葱还要炒,至于西兰花本人喜欢不那么熟的口感,要放盐哈~

7将牛柳放到锅里翻炒,可加盐、酱油和黑椒酱,之后放些水等它煮熟,反正就跟平时炒牛肉一样,

8再将洋葱放进去

9放番茄酱,如果你不喜欢那就不放咯,不过我觉得酸酸甜甜比较好吃,而且一般程序是要放的。做好酱汁后就把意面放到锅里翻炒
