鸡翅中: 8个, 玉米: 1根, 独蒜: 2头
步骤
1鸡翅洗净,统一在一面划两刀,以便于进味
2蒜切成蒜末,用清水冲一遍,沥一下。(蒜末冲一下,可以避免待会儿受热之后粘在一起)

3用2勺料酒,半勺蒜末,适量盐将鸡翅腌制30分钟以上

4玉米煮熟之后,切小段,备用

5锅中放1勺油(油不必太多),将鸡翅码入锅中,开小火煎——再次强调:一定要用小火哦

62-3分钟后,倒入蒜末,和鸡翅一起继续小火煎,撒适量盐调味

7中途可以翻翻面,将鸡翅的两面都煎至金黄
