步骤
1杏鲍菇切片后煎制两面金黄

2将煎好的杏鲍菇装盘备用,锅里下油把芹菜翻炒一下

3芹菜断生后加入金针菇翻炒

4倒入蚝油、酱油和一些水翻炒(我为了拍视频方便把这三样先都到在碗里一起加入了)

5大火烧开,金针菇变软

6将金针菇等起锅留下汤汁,倒入之前煎好的杏鲍菇(其实这步可以直接把杏鲍菇倒入,金针菇等不用起锅,只是这样之后摆盘会方便一些)

7倒入湿淀粉勾薄芡起锅装盘即可
