山楂真心罐头一瓶: 880g瓶装, 鱼胶粉: 15g, 4寸萨瓦林: 乐葵, 凉开水: 30ml
步骤
1准备4寸萨瓦林硅胶模和真心罐头

215g鱼胶粉用30ml凉开水泡开,隔热水化开搅匀

3将真心罐头的山楂水全部倒入玻璃碗中,将步骤2的鱼胶粉溶液倒入山楂水中拌匀

4将大碗坐入热水中将为完全融化的鱼胶粉全部融化,然后用勺子撇去上面漂浮的白沫

5将混合好的溶液倒入模具中八分满,用筷子小心的将山楂一颗颗摆入模具中,让山楂沉入底部会比较漂亮,当然喜欢的话也可多放一些,注意不要让液体溢出模具就行

6撇去漂浮的白沫放入冰箱冷藏4小时至完全凝固

7脱模是用风筒多吹一会,也可在模具正面一遍拽模具的边缘一遍顺着果冻和硅胶的缝隙吹,一点点的全部拽开即可完美脱模。要有耐心
