原料
中筋面粉: 250g, 鸡蛋: 2个, 红糖: 40g, 温水: 适量, 酵母: 2g, 蜂蜜(我用的龙眼蜜): 30g
步骤
1面粉内打入鸡蛋

2红糖放温水化开,加入酵母搅拌均匀,水适量就好,面要和的软一些

3把红糖水逐渐倒入面粉内,加入蜂蜜,揉成面团,要软一些,然后醒半个小时左右

4面醒过后,多揉一会儿,或是摔打几次,然后均匀的分成八份,然后逐个的拧麻花

5拧麻花就是揉成长条的面,一手拿一端同时向两个方向拧劲儿,之后两手的面合并,再重复上一步拧就OK了

6锅内放油,炸就好了,一次少放,面一炸就会膨胀

7炸好,我拧的不好看,有几个都开了 但是味道棒棒哒,本人不喜太甜,正正好
