1.加面粉前要把火拧小防止变糊~2.豌豆也可以换成当季的蔬菜豆类~如芦笋,小蚕豆等~3.狗鳕鱼只有一个大排的鱼骨没有刺,横切鱼肉将鱼骨从两边鱼肉切开,然后将鱼骨拔出来,切掉两边的鱼皮,就是干净的鱼肉啦~
