原料
桂圆干: 20g, 泡打粉: 3g, 黄油: 40g, 牛奶: 20g, 鸡蛋: 1个, 朗姆酒: 适量, 低筋面粉: 150g, 细砂糖: 20g, 刷表面蛋黄液: 适量
步骤
1桂圆干用朗姆酒浸泡1小时以上;

2低筋面粉筛入盆中,加入细砂糖拌匀;

3加入软化的黄油丁;

4带上手套,揉成面包糠状;

8把桂圆干沥干水分切成小丁;
