12带水开,盛出半碗汤放入提前备好的蒜末葱碗里,再放些陈醋(也可不放,我山西人,超爱吃醋)放点香油

13把面条均匀的平铺在菜上

14盖锅盖,中大火闷大概十二分钟左右,(后几分钟随时观察汤汁,基本豆角熟了,汁也收的差不多了)

15关火,把加入葱蒜的汤汁浇在面上

16用锅铲和筷子翻拌均匀

小技巧
刚开始做不好掌握水量怕糊锅,就提前把面蒸熟,放入已经炒好的菜里,再稍微蒸几分钟,拌匀即可。
