2奶油奶酪200g隔水软化,用刮刀搅拌至顺滑,加入原味炼乳50g左右(根据个人喜甜程度增减)搅拌均匀;

3淡奶油200g倒入搅拌盆,用电动打蛋器打至略膨胀,加入原味炼乳40g左右继续打发到硬性发泡;

4把打发的淡奶油和奶油奶酪混合用刮刀搅拌均匀;

5将边长15cm的方形不沾蛋糕模垫上用烘焙油纸折成的纸盒,纸盒的高度应略高于模具(便于脱模);

6先在模具底部铺上约1cm厚的饼干粉,并用勺背压到略实;

8重复步骤6和步骤7,直到填满模具,请保证最上面一层是饼干粉;

9封上保鲜膜,送入冰箱冷藏一夜;
