1土豆削除外皮,切丁

4制作素高汤,锅内倒入2公斤泉矿水,将大白菜、平菇、冬瓜、玉米棒放进去煮。沸腾后,改用小火慢慢熬煮2个小时,将素高汤过滤,蔬食材取出备用
5热锅,倒入橄榄油

6先炒番茄酱,再陆续放入番茄丁、土豆丁一起拌炒

7拌炒至所有的蔬菜料软熟后,再加入素高汤、月桂叶、新鲜百里香,者至沸腾后,转中小火继续煮约10~15分钟

8待所有的蔬菜料全部煮熟,最后再加入盐、胡椒粉调味即成,将汤品倒入汤碗中
