步骤
1鸡翅鸡脚清洗好后剁块待用 (依据个人爱好可只选鸡翅或鸡爪)

2把翅爪进行微煮,撇掉血末,捞出待用(煮时可加少许花椒、姜、料酒去腥味)

6倒入土豆用中小火炒至出土豆香(捞出时控油,把油留锅里)

7把配料盘内的所有材料倒入锅里,炒至香气四溢!(中小火)

8把翅爪、土豆倒入锅内与配菜炒(中小火翻炒出香味)

9倒入适量老抽,料酒少许,水半汤碗,盖上锅盖焖3分钟。
