芋头派 Taro Pie 0

原料

芋头 Taro 1 1/2磅 红糖 Brown Sugar 1 杯 酸奶油 Sour Cream 3/4杯 浓奶油 Heavy Cream 3/4杯 椰䊢 Coconut Cream 1/2杯 蛋 Eggs 3只 肉桂粉 Cinnamon Powder 1汤匙 急涷派皮 Ready-to-use Pie Crust 1张

步骤

1、芋头切片,隔水蒸熟。压成茸。Slice and steam to cooked than mashed. 2、预热焗炉华氏350度。Pre-heat oven 350 F degree. 3、红糖及肉桂粉加入芋茸,混匀。Add brown sugar and cinnamon, mix well. 4、加入酸奶油、浓奶油、椰䊢、混匀。Add sour cream, heavy cream, and coconut cream, mix well. 5、蛋分别加入,混匀。Add eggs, mix well. . 6、派皮摊开在派盘,注入混好欣芋䊢。Lay pie crust on bake dish. 7、焗45〜60 分钟,直至竹櫼插入拔出,干净没有䊢便成。Bake about 45~60 min until tooth pick clear once test the center of pie.
