15锅中少许油烧热,油热后,下蒜薹和胡萝卜煸炒,放入葱花爆香

小技巧
1、茄子刮去表皮口感更好,但若只为营养考虑,茄子皮里富含花青素,随个人喜好保留 2、茄子微苦,加入适量盐腌制,不但使茄子口感更好,炸出的茄条也入味 3、炸茄子的时候要中火,以防火太急将脆皮炸焦 4、一勺番茄酱、一勺醋、一勺蚝油、3勺糖,2勺水的比例调成料汁,这个我试验多次,味道不错,糖醋里脊的味道,颜色也好
