6将羊蝎子捞出放在盆中,锅内的水倒掉不要

14炖到锅内的羊蝎子已经有些脱骨的时候,(这个过程大概需要一个半到两个小时)放入切好的白萝卜一起炖(因为白萝卜是非常容易熟的东西,一定要最后放,放早了,萝卜就太烂了)
