这道馄饨采用蒸而非煮,使得馄饨的口感劲道而且干香,老年人一般血脂会比较高,我选择的肉瘦肉多一些,这样比较健康;再搭配酸辣调味汁,吃起来非常的开胃。
原料
荠菜 600克, 猪肉 400克, 馄饨皮 600克, 香葱 20克, 生姜 10克, 料酒 2茶匙, 白糖 1茶匙,味汁材料, 盐 2茶匙, 味精 1/4茶匙, 胡椒粉 1/2茶匙, 生抽 2汤匙,味汁材料, 老抽 1茶匙, 熟花生油 1汤匙, 香油 1茶匙, 红油 2汤匙,味汁材料, 陈醋 5汤匙,味汁材料
步骤
1荠菜择洗干净,放入开水锅内焯烫至变色,捞入冷水中降温

2把荠菜挤干水分,切成末

小技巧
1、包馄饨的时候对角抹些清水再捏紧,就粘的牢不会开裂。 2、蒸制的时间不能过长,否则荠菜会变黄。
