杏仁脆片 (Almond Curls) 0

原料

材料Ingredients:, 150克糖 150g sugar, 80克 低筋面粉 80g superfine flour, 250克蛋白 250g egg white, 50克溶化奶油50g melted butter, 300克杏仁片 300g almond flakes

步骤

做法Method:

1。 将糖和面粉混合均匀。

Mix sugar and flour.

2。加入蛋白轻轻拌至糖溶解,加入溶化奶油拌匀。

Add in egg white into method (1). Mix lightly until sugar

dissolves and add in melted butter, mix well.

3) 加入杏仁片 拌均匀后,放入冰箱一个小时。

Add in almond flakes. Mix well and keep in refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

4。烤盘铺上一张纸,取杏仁片面糊铺满整张纸,铺成一层薄

薄的片状,以150C烤15-20分钟。

Line the tray with parchment paper. Scoop some almond

flakes mixture, spread it evenly into thin slice on the whole

paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 150C for 15-20 minutes till

light brown.
