5❤黄面团: 面粉+白糖+酵母=混合面粉~ 加入熟南瓜泥~ 搅成絮状~ 揉成光滑的面团~

6盖保鲜膜放温暖处首次发酵至2倍大(冬天放阳台发酵,大概1.5小时)~

7❤白面团(黑): 面粉+白糖+酵母=混合面粉~ 一点点加入温水搅成絮状~ 揉成光滑的面团~ 盖保鲜膜放温暖处首次发酵至2倍大~

8发酵好的面团,用手指沾些面粉戳一下,不回缩不塌陷就发好了~ 想要蒸好的豆包馒头表面光滑,就要多揉至一会排气~ 这是我揉了10分钟的时候,切开里面还有气孔~ 大概揉了15分钟,切开完全看不到气孔就可以了(也可以用面包机揉,更省力)~

9将黄面团揉成条状~ 分割成均匀相等的10份(每一份大概49g)~ 盖上保鲜膜(防止风干表皮变硬)~ 取出一份擀成薄厚均匀的饼皮~

10饼皮放上适量豆沙馅(不用太多)~ 像包包子一样包好(褶子尽量少些)~ 收口朝下,用两手搓圆搓高些~ 整形成椭圆形~

11依次做好全部,盖上保鲜膜防止表皮干~

12白面团揉至光滑,擀成薄厚均匀的饼皮~ 用小号裱花嘴压出20个小圆~ 用擀面杖轻轻擀成椭圆形~ 依次压好20个(盖保鲜膜防止表皮干硬)~

13将剩下的白面团加适量黑色色素(竹炭粉)揉成均匀的黑面团~

14将黑面团擀成薄厚均匀的饼皮,在切成细条30根(长度根据蜜蜂身体宽度定)~

15❤开始制作小蜜蜂: 取出3根细条,有距离的粘在蜜蜂身体上,下面可用水沾好~

16用竹签在脸部扎上两个洞~

21将豆包有距离的摆在铺有屉布的蒸锅中,盖上锅盖2次醒发最少20分钟~

22醒发好大火烧开,转中火蒸10分钟,关火焖5分钟即可(打开锅盖,水蒸气不要滴在豆包上)~
