1鸡肉分两份,一份切块,一份剁碎

2蒜瓣剁碎+黄油+胡椒粉+两勺淀粉+少于盐一起加入鸡肉中搅拌均匀,放进保鲜袋中卷成长条,放入冰箱冷藏

3鸡肉冻硬后拿出,切片

6油八成热,转小火,鸡块放面糊裹一下放入油锅

如果马上吃,上锅等一会再下一次油锅,表皮就会脆些 等凉了打包放进冰箱,想吃时拿出来炸一下即可
