筛后的豆皮上还附着有不少豆沙,用网筛兜住,在红豆水中拨荡,可以将豆沙冲洗下来,并且不会增加水分。 没有加糖的小豆凉糕,本色本味,可以根据自己的喜好浇上蜂蜜,炼乳等调味食用
