低筋面粉: 220g, 酵母: 3g, 牛奶: 100g, 植物油: 15g

2酵母倒入牛奶液中,搅拌均匀成牛奶酵母液~

3将牛奶酵母液倒入面粉盆中,搅成絮状倒入植物油,和成光滑的面团,盖上保鲜膜放温暖处发酵至2倍大~

4发酵好的面团,用手指蘸着面粉戳一下不回缩不塌陷就发好啦~ 用手将面团反复揉搓~ 像搓洗衣服一样一直揉搓~ 直至揉到面团很软又有弹性即可~

5❤自己吃没有放披萨盘中,直接放油纸上制作~ 案板上铺好油纸,放上面团~ 将面团擀成均匀薄厚的饼皮~ 边缘整形卷起~ 用叉子在饼身叉满小眼(防止烤时鼓起来)~

6将饼皮放入烤盘内~

7烤箱预热190°,上下火,中层,烤3–5分钟定型即可~
