牛里脊: 1000g, 蒜: 1头, 姜: 20g, 食用油: 140g, 生抽: 50g, 老抽: 20g, 料酒: 50g, 冰糖粉: 20g, 花椒: 20g, 干辣椒: 70g
步骤
1牛里脊洗干净切手指粗后放入主锅,加入热水,2分/V/反转小勺进行清洗(也可以用5分/50度/速度5进行清洗,我今天的比较多,网框放不下,500g差不多)
