草鱼: 一条, 葱,姜,花椒: 少许, 料酒,盐,姜粉,生抽,糖,面粉:

1新鲜草鱼一条,清洗干净,抽去鱼腥线

2剁成鱼块,放盐、姜粉、料酒腌一下

3裹上面粉,炸至两边微黄

4锅内放油,花椒炸香,倒入少许醋(油里直接倒醋,会溅油,但感觉这样更有味道)放入炸好鱼块,倒上热水,生抽,盐,葱,姜炖约20分钟,就OK了!
