1三个鸡腿切块

2焯水洗净血水

4少许油,油热放蒜瓣切片炒香

5放入空好水的鸡腿肉,加入料酒,不停翻炒

6放入调料:酱油,耗油,鸡精,盐,白糖,胡椒粉(口味根据自己的喜好来调,个人比较喜欢偏甜一点,糖我就会多放一些)

7翻炒均匀,加水一小碗至开锅收汤

8在收汤过程中可以放入甜椒,这样鸡肉会融入甜椒的香味,甜椒也会入味儿,但是这样的甜椒出锅后不会特别的漂亮,所以要入味儿就提前放甜椒,为了色香味俱全就最后放甜椒

9最后可以淋入一些水淀粉,我通常会留一些汤汁拌饭,味道不错哦!
