6另取一盆,倒入蛋白和柠檬汁,低速打起粗泡后,分三次加入糖粉,高速打至九分发

7将打发好的蛋白分两至三次加入蛋黄糊中,以不规则方式拌匀,不要划圈,避免消泡

8倒入6寸圆形蛋糕模具中,墩平表面,并用力摔几下,震出大气泡

9烤箱预热,180度,上下火,中下层,20-25分钟,上色后可加盖锡纸(俺没加,所以烤得有点黑),关火后第一时间将模具倒扣

10晾至完全冷却后,脱模
