步骤
1凉瓜干事先泡水至软;

2然后用开水焯一下至熟;开水中放少许盐哦;然后沥干水备用 ;

3切蒜片,葱花,红辣椒段备用;

4鱼滑用勺子辅助取一定量,整成橄榄形约摸大小,勺子抹油以免沾住;

5不沾锅里放少许油,把整好形的鱼滑下锅;

小技巧
因为鱼青已调好味,凉瓜干也用盐水煮过,所以放盐和酱油也适量,以免盐分摄入过高,影响健康
