1燕麦用搅拌机打成粉,果干泡软沥干,核桃仁切碎

2高筋面粉+燕麦粉+砂糖+盐+酵母+玉米油混合揉匀,再揉到扩展阶段(能拉出薄膜);在温暖处发酵至两倍大
