小技巧
揉派皮面团时不要揉太久,颜色基本均匀即可,避免出筋以致烤熟后过硬 一定要在派皮烤之前均匀的扎孔以免受热鼓起 水果尽量切的均匀些成品会比较漂亮 调内馅时全程小火以免焦糊 按个人口味可以再加些葡萄干,柠檬汁
