原料
有机芝麻: 300g, 红枣: 15个左右, 枸杞: 100g, 糯米粉: 100g, 细砂糖: 70~100g
步骤
1芝麻用干净的平底锅炒熟,可以分两次炒,比较容易熟,一定要用慢火,边轻轻搅拌边炒,炒几分钟闻到香味就好了,过火芝麻会苦。
