2鹰嘴豆半斤,用冷水泡发~ 可以泡水放冰箱冷藏一夜~

3泡好的鹰嘴豆入锅煮至八九分熟~

4煮好后,捞出,控水,去皮~ 这一步好麻烦,要一个一个剥皮~

5去皮后用厨房纸吸去多余的水分,尽量把豆子弄干~ 然后放入铺锡纸的烤盘里~

6倒入适量油,用手把豆子抓抓,让每颗豆子都沾上油~

7烤箱预热,200度,30分钟。然后把温度调到180度,再烤10~20分钟,观察着烤至金黄色就可以了~
