小技巧
1、烤盘即便是不粘的也要刷油打底Pizza才会好吃,意大利的Pizza好吃的根本原因之一就是油要多; 2、沙茶酱比较稠,不是很好涂抹,可以加一匙清水稀释再涂抹就容易多了; 3、我的烤箱按钮温度比实测的低30度,请根据自己烤箱的脾气控温,最好人不要离开太久,而且上火要低点才不至于烤焦。
