55.姜蒜分别切碎末,将生抽、醋倒入小碗,放入姜蒜末,然后再倒少许香油,姜醋三合油汁就做好了;

66.炒锅烧热倒油,油温7-8成热时放入蛋清鱼块滑炒,蛋清凝结成块后就可以盛出了;
