1大米提前洗好,用清水泡1小时。(米一定要泡了再煮,容易熟而且不夹生)

4大火烧开后转小火慢慢熬,大概5分钟就熟了,视饭量和水量而定,注意别烧糊了

5油菜洗干净,腊肠切片,萝卜干切小段

6油菜提前用水淖一下,淖的时候加几滴油会让菜变的脆绿脆绿的

7饭煮到8成熟的时候提前关火,铺上腊肠、油菜、萝卜干(榨菜干也可以),打上鸡蛋,盖上盖继续煮熟,饭熟后继续加盖焖10分钟

8调汁:酱油、耗油、糖、凉开水、香油
