原料
新鲜羊肉: 适量(按吃的人数多少来酌情考虑), 老姜: 几片, 干辣椒: 几只, 白酒: 少许, 香菜: 一两根(可以根据个人口味放), 盐: 适量, 鸡精: 适量(可有可无), 茶油: 适量

1姜片,干辣椒,香菜切段备用

2新鲜羊肉用清水洗净,沥干水!

3烧一锅开水,将羊肉焯水去血沫,再用清水冲干净!

4把锅烧红放茶油,茶油烧出一点烟的时候下姜片和羊肉翻炒

5炒至羊肉有点焦黄喷白酒继续翻炒,等酒味挥发后放少许盐翻炒!

6锅里多加点水放入干辣椒,盖上锅盖把水烧开!

7汤烧开后转入高压锅继续煮,待高压锅上汽后转小火压半小时

8高压锅冷却后开盖调味,如果喜欢吃香菜的可以把香菜垫底,将滚开的汤和羊肉放在香菜上面!
