土豆: 1个, 咖喱块: 2块, 胡萝卜: 半根, 料酒: 1勺, 盐: 3克, 鸡翅: 4-6个
步骤
1买鸡中翅4-6个(看人数定啦)解冻 然后用刀子正反划开几道口子。用盐均匀抹上,也是正反都要,也可稍微放一点点料酒。腌制1-2个小时

2然后用厨房纸擦干。这步不做的话到时候煎就会爆油砸脸了……

3土豆和胡萝卜切丁。咖喱块我选的是百梦多的

4清水煮开把土豆丁和胡萝卜丁炒一遍水。比较容易熟。捞出备用

5放入4勺油。不用太多。(鸡皮还会出油的)腌好的鸡翅直接煎。正反都要。略微金黄就可以了。捞出备用

6煎过鸡翅的油取一点点将胡萝卜丁和土豆丁放入快炒

7放入两块咖喱块。想要咖喱浓一点多放一块。但一般两块够了

8放入4小碗清水。把咖喱块划开煮浓稠

10直到咖喱浓稠,尝一下味道。淡了就加一点盐

11收汁乘出来就好了。注意咖喱汤汁也不要太干了。不然整个菜干巴巴了。
