高筋面粉: 200g, 奶粉: 7g, 糖粉: 30g, 盐: 2g, 鸡蛋液: 20g, 水(37-40度温水): 90g, 酵母: 3g, 黄油(室温软化): 20g, 豆沙: 180g, 鸡蛋液少量: 刷表面
步骤
1酵母加温水先化开,大概3分钟左右就好

2将高粉 奶粉 糖粉 盐 鸡蛋液倒入搅拌盆,启动厨师机

3再将化好的酵母水慢慢加入,搅拌至面团成团

6整理成团盖上保鲜膜室温发酵2倍大,大概一个半小时左右

7手指粘点面粉,撮个小洞下去,面团不回缩不反弹就是发酵好了

8将面团拿出来拍扁把空气按压出来

10把豆沙分成9份每份20g

11拿一块面团按平,把豆沙包在中间

13收口朝下,将面团杆成椭圆形,再用刀子在面团上切开,只切露出豆沙就好,不要切太深,免得把面团滑破

14再把面团翻面,两边捏住

15做好后放入烤盘中,每个之间留点位置

16放一盆热水在烤箱底层,把面包放进去发酵第二次。大概30-40分钟左右

17面包发酵好了拿出来,把底层的水也拿出来,烤箱预热上火180度下火165度,再将面包表面刷上鸡蛋液

18送入烤箱中层烘烤15分钟,表面上色拿出来盖上锡纸
