原料
高筋粉: 90克, 低筋粉: 90克, 黄油: 120克, 蛋黄: 2个, 盐: 3克, 清水: 20克, 苹果: 2个(中大个), 黄糖: 30克, 肉桂粉: 少许, 蜂蜜: 少许
步骤
1将过筛的高筋粉、低筋粉和精盐放在碗中,再放入黄油,一边用刮刀切黄油一边搅拌

2待搅拌均匀,加入蛋黄和清水,再用切刀继续搅拌
3做成面团后装入保鲜袋内,放入冰箱了此1小时松弛

4将松弛好的面团去除,撒少许薄粉,擀成正方形薄片
5将面片折成三折,干成长方形

6旋转90度再卷起来三折擀开
7在两侧的1/3处向内折叠,然后将面团放入保鲜袋,入至冰箱冷藏松弛备用 将苹果洗净去皮切丁,再放入黄糖搅拌,移至中火熬炖

8待熬干后加入少许肉桂粉继续加班,做成苹果酱肉 将苹果削皮去籽切薄片放盐水里浸泡备用
9将松弛好的面片取出,擀成3mm厚的薄片,在面片上切出用纸剪好的苹果圆形

10将切好的苹果片摆入放上烤纸的烤盘上

11将苹果酱放入面片中央,如图摆上苹果片

12用毛刷在面片上刷上一层蜂蜜,再洒上少许肉桂粉,移至预热190度的烤箱内烘烤约25分钟,取出即成
