原料
南瓜泥: 150g, 清水: 180g, 鸡蛋: 50g, 白砂糖: 50g, 奶粉: 25g, 高筋面粉: 500g, 酵母: 6g, 盐: 6g, 黄油: 20g, 红豆馅: 约350g的干红豆制成
步骤
1面包机桶内加入150克南瓜泥,加入180克的清水,再加入一枚约50克的鸡蛋;

2加50克白砂糖,25克奶粉,500克高筋面粉,最后加入6克酵母和6克盐对角放置;

3启动面包机和面程序,揉面约15~20分钟时加入20克黄油接着再揉15~20分钟就好了;
4启动发酵程序,发酵面团至两倍大,约50分钟;

5醒发好的面团放案板上,擀平。分成16份;

6将分好的面团揉圆,压扁稍擀;

7放入炒好的豆沙馅,包起来捏紧收口;

8收口朝下放在抹了油的烤盘上,发酵至两倍大;
