高筋面粉: 250克, 肉松: 80克, 黄油: 20克, 鸡蛋液: 40克(和面), 牛奶: 110克, 酵母: 2克, 白砂糖: 20克, 盐: 2克, 芝士碎: 80克, 奶粉: 10克, 鸡蛋液: 20克(最后刷面包表面), 白芝麻: 适量
步骤
1除黄油,肉松,芝士外,把所以东西放进面包机揉面到扩展然后放黄油继续揉,醒发

2揉成6个面团,醒15分钟

10放入大概30度温烤箱2次醒发后再刷蛋液,可以撒适量芝麻,预热180度,18-20分钟出炉,自己根据烤箱情况调整
