咸鸭蛋: 9只, 糯米: 半斤多, 腊肠: 一根, 香菇: 两朵, 虾米: 一小把, 五花肉: 半截, 五香粉: 适量, 酱油耗油盐糖鸡粉: 适量
步骤
1糯米提前一个晚上泡好

2五花肉提前几个钟腌,放了一点酱油一点耗油还有盐糖料酒十三香跟芝麻

3香菇虾米泡好切粒,还有料千万不要太多,蛋就那幺小一个,米多一点好吃

4咸鸭蛋洗干净,尖的一头轻轻敲一下,开个小洞,把蛋白到出来

5把米跟料放进去轻轻按压,紧实了好吃

6用锡纸包住

7我放了个架子刚好架住蛋了,高压锅加水碰到一点蛋就好了,大火上气中小火再压半个钟

8然后就可以开吃啦,我吃了五个,不要是太咸估计全部都给我吃完了

9剩下的糯米我加了点大米做成焖饭,味道也是超好的
