原料
低粉: 100克, 红豆沙: 适量, 黄油: 30克, 牛奶: 40克, 蛋: 2个, 糖: 20克, 泡打粉: 1/2小勺, 香草精: 1/4小勺
步骤
1鸡蛋加上糖,打发,打至蛋液明显有滴落痕迹又立即消失

2筛入低筋面粉、泡打粉、香草精的混合粉。另把黄油隔热水融化

3拌均匀,无干粉

7小丸子机的每窝里刷薄油,每窝舀入半窝的面糊

8中小火加热,舀完一圈,就正好开始放入豆沙,每窝里放1小块(1小勺左右吧)

9放完红豆沙,再依次舀面糊把红豆沙盖住

10用不锈钢勺子试试,如果下面部分已烤定型了,勺子从旁边沿边挖下去就挖起来了,翻个身吧,再慢慢转动,烤至小球全身金黄就可以了
